provides professional residential real estate appraisal services in Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding areas including Allegheny County. Our services include but are not limited to estate appraisals, divorce appraisals, probate valuations, and IRS-related appraisals.

3. Appraisal Reports

All appraisal reports are prepared in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and applicable state regulations. Reports are intended solely for the use of the client and for the purpose stated in the report.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the appraisal unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment including credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

6. Limitation of Liability
